ChatNFT ("we," "our," or "us") operates the platform at www.chatnft.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services, including NFT trading, token swapping, and access to tokenized real-world assets.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Wallet Data: Public wallet address, ENS name, on-chain transaction history visible on the blockchain. We never collect or store private keys.
Usage Data: Chat messages with our AI copilot, pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device/browser information.
Transaction Data: NFT purchases, listings, offers, bids, token swaps, and tokenized stock purchases you initiate through the platform.
Communication Data: Support requests and correspondence you send to us.
Location Data (Geo-check only): We perform a server-side IP-based geo-check solely to enforce legal access restrictions on Ondo Finance tokenized equity products. We do not store your precise location or IP address beyond this check.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the ChatNFT platform and AI copilot features.
To process and display your NFT, token, and tokenized stock transactions.
To enforce geographic access restrictions required by applicable securities laws and Ondo Finance's terms of service.
To detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To respond to your support requests.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Blockchain Transparency

All on-chain transactions — including NFT purchases, sales, offers, bids, and token swaps — are permanently recorded on the public blockchain and are visible to anyone. We have no ability to delete or alter on-chain data. By using ChatNFT, you acknowledge that your wallet activity is publicly visible.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Infrastructure, analytics, and support vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Protocol Partners: Reservoir (NFT marketplace aggregator), Li.Fi (cross-chain swap aggregator), Privy (wallet infrastructure), and Ondo Finance, solely to facilitate the transactions you initiate.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Tokenized Stock Access Restrictions

Ondo Finance tokenized equity products (Ondo Global Markets) are issued under SEC Regulation S and are restricted to non-U.S. persons and residents of non-sanctioned jurisdictions. We enforce geographic restrictions blocking access from the following countries: United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and Myanmar. You represent and warrant that you are not a citizen or resident of any restricted jurisdiction. We reserve the right to expand this list to match Ondo Finance's current restrictions without notice.

6. Data Retention

We retain chat and usage logs for up to 12 months for service improvement and fraud prevention purposes. Transaction references are retained as long as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of off-chain data associated with your account by contacting us at [email protected].

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys — we never have access to them.

8. Children

ChatNFT is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of ChatNFT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
